We are close to signing the contract to 2022. DeKoven is changing terms and prices constantly. Contract on hold for 2023; date is secured but pricing is subject to change due to inflation so no contract is being signed. March 1st is our internal deadline - if DeKoven cannot resolve their business then we will find another retreat center
■ DeKoven, Current status - Financials/Contract Issues - Caitlyn
■ Fall Gathering Candidates - Candidates?

● Valentine Day Event - Christie Co-Chair Nominees -Dave, Abbigail
Great event! Feb 12- attendance approximately 30 people. Total expenses 278.29, collections in donations was $265. Lessons learned - survey for dietary needs next time, decorations were nice, timing worked well, having donations at the door as a separate position was a wise decision. Some ideas that came from discussion were doing this kind of event more often, as well as “open” events.
● Sponsorship workshop (tabled)
