● Newcomer FAQ Feedback - Zane cleaned up the FAQ, requesting a vote.
● Post By-Laws on Website - Krisitn will do it today.
● Add facilitation folder to upload for me, read permission.
● Special Projects: Vince
● Officer Responsibilities - 3 years ago officer service roles was
collected. We are organizing amongst the officers to review and make changes.
■ Retreat Guide for Trusted Servants - Vince has finished and will send out to the group. Thank you Vince
Q and A - look at who is giving and make an ask. Make a special request to zoom meetings to contribute 7th tradition. What can we do to assist?
Fiduciary (5 Minutes)
● General Treasurer Report: Papa Chair/Treasurer, Vince Vice Chair
● Report Financials: General - Two people are considering ABM delegate status: Caitlyn and Gene B, which will have an impact on our finances. Paid our PO box. Increased our prudent reserve to pay for PO box in the future and our rent.
● Update on Retreat Self Supporting Goal for Retreat 2022- in order for the summer retreat to be fully self support, we will need ten people to sign up and fully pay.
● Approve Treasury Report - approved online.

Outreach (5 Minutes)
● General Report: Sean Chairperson, Hannah Vice Chair
● Paul is new contact person - October 29. Same time, same place. Fellowship afterwards will be RFG given its large capacity and low price.
● Direct Outreach PGOS St. James and Attendance - Objective is to move to hazelden. Hazelden director is re-engaged, no “yes” yet, but in person 12 step meetings are restarting attendance this week. About 2 weeks to see that process, then we can move to their facility.

suggestion for articles is: “Describe your experience with the step you most recently worked with your sponsor”. Please submit by July 15.

● Please reach out to your groups for ticket sign up, if you cannot attend please consider donating.
● Flyer to distribute is oncoming.
● Q and A Full name and intergroup rep
● Intergroup Meetings - hold a business meeting on one of the ABM agenda items, then reach back to Anthony to provide thoughts. This way our group conscience is collected.
● Fall Gathering Update:Trevor, Abby
● Budget and Forecast Attendance - ticket was raised to $25, but looking again it may not be required. With 50 preregistered and 20 at the door, we are estimating an intake of $1000 to the group. This will go to support our participation in the Annual Business Meeting.
● Theme - “From Hopeless to Hopeful: recovering with gratitude.” ○ Open - this will be an open event. Information on what that means will be in the flyer.
● Q and A - What are we doing to make sure Dr. Lembke is presented as an ally, but is not affiliated? There are pamphlets that are out there from AA, and that will be incorporated into the flyers and events.
● Can you make a special focus to go to SAA and set up a paid link for zoom to view the speaker? Will be discussed.
● Have higher costs for food been factored in? Slightly higher, could be higher. More discussion on this topic ongoing
● Separate workshops for allies and partners of sex and love addicts - this is in the works for this year.
● What the speaker will discuss? Is she going to be discussing the treatment in a way that is different from the 12 steps? Understanding is that she is going to focus on the effect on the brain, and not on any particular
treatment style.
Delegate for the ABM - really really needed. If interested, please let us know
SUGGESTED ANNOUNCEMENTS FOR MEETING REPS:
● Submissions to newsletter - “Describe your experience with the step you most recently worked with your sponsor”, Deadline ?. Please submit by July 15.
● Looking for New N. Michigan Ave. Group Speakers (direct ask - prescreen) and Founder Attendees. Please consider attending and if you like it commit to at least 3 months of regular attendance.
● Encourage donations to IG via Venmo (@Augustine-Fellowship)
● Please submit Meeting Updates via the Meeting Update Function on the Website (reopening, etc.)
● Fall gathering
● SLAA Retreat - Sept 8 - 11. Registration is now open at slaachicago.org. Flyer coming shortly! Spaces are limited so please register now! Please ask groups to consider general fund donations - we are aiming to be fully self supporting this year, declining contributions from the intergroup to sustain us!
