In March, the Greater Chicago/Milwaukee SLAA Intergroup held elections for Intergroup officer positions. The Women’s zoom meeting on sunday at evanston - needs to re-update their information. Anthony will reach out.

update: vote of approval from Milwaukee Saturday Meeting.
Other members reached out to - groups have either not
responded or given tacit approval.
●Final Vote to Approve ByLaws - Unanimous Vote to approve the
minutes by all in attendance.
● Refocus Website to Emphasize Newcomers and Post Covid Meetings - Listings -done. Meeting list
updated to reflect these meetings.
Outreach is ongoing to the zoom meetings for their participation
in the intergroup.

● General Treasurer Report: Papa Chair/Treasurer, Vince Vice Chair

Q- For the retreat is the deficit to be made up in donations? A- The goal is to raise per person cost to make up the deficit,
which seems very doable.

● Event Coordinator Trevor - Event Proposal? Building a format for two trusted servants to take on. and the access to augustine fellowship. Suggestion to have donations at free events - money would go to next event.

● NEW MEETING - 65 E Huron - Looking for New. Group Speakers (direct ask - prescreen) and Founder Attendees - goal is to attend 1 meeting/month for 6 months.
● Encourage donations to IG via Venmo (@Augustine-Fellowship)
● Please submit Meeting Updates via the Meeting Update Function on the Website (reopening, etc.).
● Summer Retreat September 8-11. Please start asking for donations via venmo now.
